Brewing Instructions (For 8 Servings):
- Boil 4 cups of water 
- Add 2–3 tablespoons of spice blend and cinnamon sticks (to taste) to a muslin bag 
- Steep 10–15 minutes, then remove spice bag 
- Sweeten with honey to taste 
- Add 4 cups cold water and refrigerate overnight (or serve over ice to chill quickly) 
- Serve in tumblers over ice, with up to 2 oz of your favorite summer spirit 
- Garnish with lime and enjoy!
